 AITAX Group has already been at the market for 12 years. Is it long enough to be worth mentioning? A simple answer is hard to get here. Our core business lies with long-term development therefore it is more like a start. Much has been accomplished in social and corporate areas. However we do not plan to slow down and make perfect the things we’ve done. On the contrary, the optimization and scaling of our current business-projects is planned already, as well as new start-ups, with our main objective for these projects to benefit for the development of towns, cities and regions of our country, and allow Russian people prosper and live a worthy life.

Personnel of any company forms its principal intellectual asset. We offer multiple possibilities to advance to all the employees of AITAX Group. Another corporate tradition of ours is the "Valday Trophy" project, initiated in 2005. Through orchestrating and participating in competitive events our people could learn more about each other, could give themselves a try in extreme conditions, and finally become a real team.
